For questions about a specific product you have purchased, please include your order number and the lot number printed on the package. This helps us assist you quickly.

Lot numbers on our packages follow the format PREFIX-YYYYMMDD, for example STD-20260801. The prefix identifies the product line (STR- for STARTER, STD- for STANDARD, CER- for CEREMONIAL GRADE).
