KEKKAI Matcha – Standard | Organic Japanese Matcha Powder, Kagoshima & Shizuoka Blend, 100g
The name. Maru (丸) means round, complete, whole. Named for the roundness of its character — a matcha where depth and softness, structure and gentleness, coexist without contest.
The experience. Maru holds its centre. Whisked in a bowl, it offers depth without harshness — the kind of quiet complexity that reveals itself slowly. Poured into milk, it holds its ground where lighter matcha would disappear. This is the everyday tea for those who want quality present in daily life, not reserved for special moments.
Origin. A blend of cultivars from Kagoshima, with a partial addition from Shizuoka — Yutakamidori, Saemidori and Kanayamidori among them. Second-flush leaves, shaded for roughly seven days, ball-milled by Matsudacha (est. 1898) and certified organic by JAS.
